Rules and Guidelines
Release Forms - All students must return a signed and completed release form in order to participate. Forms must be backpacked (in envelopes marked "PTA Enrichment") by Friday, February 17th.
Attention: Classes begin the week of March 5th.Online registration is for payment by credit / debit card only. Payment will be authorized but not charged until the final day of enrollment, Friday, February 17th. Therefore there is no gurantee of enrollment until that date.
In order to pay by check, receive the multiple class discount, or to pay in installments, please contact Carina Frantz.
