Class Parents
The Class Parents Committee appoints and coordinates Class Parents. Two to three Class Parents are assigned to each Elementary classroom and Middle School and High School grade, at the beginning of the academic year. Class parents act as liaisons between classrooms and parents, typically assisting teachers with such tasks as the organization of class parties and special projects, field trips and, in the case of Kindergarten, snack rotations. From time to time Class Parents are requested to solicit refreshment donations for events.
